Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all original packaging and seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, if the original seal has been opened
  • Personal care products, if opened or used

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
